This includes collecting and processing transaction information, as well as settlements between participants, helping to minimize risks and reduce transaction costs. The company acts as an intermediary, facilitating interactions between the bank and clients and ensuring the efficient fulfillment of obligations.
CEIF STP, acting like first defence wall filter, helps reduce the number of necessary transactions, as the company handles all settlements. This not only simplifies the process but also reduces transaction costs.

The company is a subsidiary of Central Europe Investment Fund SE, Prague, Czech Republic, registration number 01811878, date: 21.06.2013, and currently have in Trustee Operation more than 650M EUR with Foundation Capital 10M EUR.

For investment purposes, CEIF Bank STP using Bank Privado STP ( former BPSTP), which license LIF/BC № 02.2005 BCSTP/GG/02/2005 was terminated by BCSTP, and we are upgrading now this bank to special Investment Bank from April 20, 2024 under supervision and control of CEIF Group, as CEIF Bank STP which further holds all our African projects, including export-import operations between Africa and another countries. In addition to this, CEIF Bank STP is working on development of First Crypto Bank in Africa, and is now in process of creating its own crypto platform which will be applicable in all African countries, with further First African Crypto Exchange Stock.
