Tangible assets

African countries are rich in more than just traditional treasures like gold and precious stones.

Africa is exceptionally rich in mineral resources, although these remain poorly explored. Among other continents, it ranks first in reserves of the following natural resources: manganese ores, chromite, bauxite, platinum, cobalt, phosphites, oil, gas, and asbestos.

Furthermore, events have occurred and are occurring in most countries that compel certain groups of people to move across the continent. These groups possess large quantities of valuables, cash, art, and so on. Many of them are selling their property, and such offers are numerous.

Before deciding to work with such assets, consult a history textbook, your own knowledge, and our company's advice. Many things exist not only in the imaginations of intermediaries but are actually available.

We return to the issue of security. Photographs and often beautifully drawn documents do not guarantee the security of a transaction involving tangible assets. You can't know where the deal will end—whether it's during paperwork, before or after the plane is loaded, or during flight—but in 99% of cases, you'll end up in the hands of law enforcement.

We offer only trusted partners and a variety of cargo transportation options.

Notary office

A notary is a term that refers to a lawyer with in-depth knowledge of legal facts and the procedures prescribed therein. A notary must be admitted and authorized by the High Court of any African country to witness signatures, draft and authenticate contracts and declarations, and certify the validity of certain documents.

This office requires a higher level of care than a lawyer, as the nature of the services they provide is highly ethical and requires specialized knowledge.

Part of a notary's duties includes verifying the true identity of those signing important documents, their knowledge of the contents of the document or transaction, and their willingness to sign without coercion or intimidation. In some situations, a notary must administer an oath, declaring under penalty of perjury that the information contained in the document is true and correct.

Impartiality should be a fundamental value of a notary. They must be bound by their obligations and, therefore, cannot act in situations where they have personal interests. The public trusts that notary due diligence is free from corruption and personal interests.

We work with notaries who have been vetted through transactions.

Advocate

In Africa, there is a system of lawyers—lawyers who provide legal advice and represent clients, assisting individuals and businesses in their legal matters, and, when necessary, handle relevant correspondence and draft contracts.

Lawyers typically specialize in one area, such as family law, property law, tax law, or commercial law.

Lawyers can form professional firms and practice in partnerships, which can reach the size of the "Big Five" law firms.

Currently, there are approximately 60,000 lawyers and 8,000 candidate lawyers in Africa.
