Metals and stones

If you've reached this section, you're interested in working in the procurement, processing, or export of the above-mentioned products.

This is far from a simple business, especially in Africa, and most businessmen and large market players in Europe, Russia, and the United States encounter significant problems and fraud.

Attractive prices, simple contracts, video and photo evidence of the presence of gold or stones, friendly service, and good English ultimately lead to significant financial losses.

We have information from local government agencies in various countries about fraud, non-fulfillment of contracts, and conflicts, and this is the main reason our company began working in this area.

A short conversation, a Zoom call, and a signed agreement with us can protect you from the dire consequences of non-repayment.

This is unique to Africa, and it's a major problem for local authorities and country leaders.

Gold remelting

We represent the interests of the most modern gold refineries in West and East Africa, with a processing capacity of up to 100 kg of gold per day. Many of them have been operating for over 15 years, and some are affiliated with European and American partners.

If you think that a demonstration gold remelting in your presence at your villa or country house guarantees the purity of the metal and the transaction itself, we categorically reject such experiments!

The price of remelting one kilogram varies from USD 100 to USD 500 per kilogram.

Smelting is an important step in the gold refining process at a refinery. It involves melting gold-bearing material to separate precious metals from impurities.

The smelting process typically includes the following steps:
1. Preparation: The gold-bearing material, which can be gold ore, scrap gold, or doré bars, is prepared for smelting. This may include crushing, grinding, or mixing with fluxes to facilitate the smelting process.
2. Smelting: The prepared material is placed in a furnace and exposed to high temperatures. The heat melts the gold and other precious metals, separating them from impurities.
3. Refining: After smelting, the molten metal is often sent to a refining process to further purify the gold and remove other precious metals, such as silver and platinum.
4. Casting: The purified gold is then cast into standardized gold bars, ready for further processing or trading.

We work with companies that utilize advanced furnace technology to optimize the smelting process. These furnaces are designed to achieve high temperatures while maintaining precise control over the smelting environment.

Throughout the smelting process, strict quality control measures are applied to ensure the purity and consistency of the gold produced. This includes regular testing and analysis of the molten metal and the finished gold bars.

Smelting is a critical step in the gold refining process at refineries. Combining advanced technology, environmental responsibility, and strict quality control, the refinery produces high-quality gold products that meet international standards.

Assay

We provide assaying at our partner refineries.

Assaying is the cornerstone of the gold refining process. It provides vital information about the composition of gold-bearing material, enabling refining to:
- Determine value: accurately calculate the monetary value of raw materials.
- Optimize refining processes: tailor refining methods to the specific characteristics of gold ore.
- Ensure product purity: verify that the final refined gold meets the highest quality standards.
- Comply with regulations: adhere to national and international gold purity and trading standards.

Refineries employ a combination of advanced technologies to ensure accurate and reliable assay results:
- Fire assay: a traditional method involving melting a sample with lead to extract precious metals.
- X-ray fluorescence (XRF): a non-destructive method that determines the elemental composition by measuring the X-rays emitted by the sample. - Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES): a highly sensitive method for determining trace elements and impurities.

The choice of method depends on the specific sample requirements and the desired level of accuracy.

We implement strict quality control to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and reliability in our analytical processes. Our laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and staffed by experienced specialists. Our factories adhere to international standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 and RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council). This ensures that analytical results are accurate, consistent, and internationally recognized.

Recycling

In most cases, we encounter metal with a purity of 97X.X. This is the standard purity of 22 and 23 karat gold, and it is sufficient for understanding the purity of the metal and its export.

Achieving a gold purity of 999.9 is a testament to a refinery's technical expertise, advanced equipment, and unwavering commitment to quality.

To achieve this exceptional level of purity, a multifaceted approach is employed:
- Primary Refining: Impure gold, often in the form of doré bars, undergoes primary refining processes to remove base metals. This typically involves methods such as electrolytic refining or acid separation.
- Aqua Regia Dissolution: Partially purified gold is dissolved in aqua regia, a potent mixture of nitric and hydrochloric acids. This process converts the gold into a soluble form for further purification.
- Precipitation and Purification: Gold is precipitated from an aqua regia solution using reducing agents. The resulting precipitate then undergoes rigorous purification steps to remove traces of impurities.
- Electrolytic Refining: Electrolytic refining is used to achieve the final stages of purification. This process involves passing an electric current through the gold solution, causing pure gold to deposit on the cathode.
- Melting and Casting: The purified gold is melted and cast into standardized gold bars. The casting process is carried out under controlled conditions to prevent contamination.

To ensure 999.9% purity, a robust quality control system is essential:
- Regular Analysis: Frequent and accurate analysis is performed throughout the refining process to monitor purity levels.
- Spectrographic Analysis: This method identifies and quantifies trace impurities, providing a detailed elemental profile of the gold. - Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS): ICP-MS is used for maximum accuracy and sensitivity, enabling the detection of even the smallest impurities.
- Independent Audits: External audits conducted by accredited laboratories verify the plant's claims of purity and compliance with industry standards.
